PRYORITY LLC, MOBILE DETAILING

Terms & Conditions Agreement

Effective Date: 10/11/2026

This Terms & Service Agreement ("Agreement") establishes the terms and conditions governing detailing services provided by PRYORITY LLC ("PRYORITY LLC," "we," "us," or "our") to the customer ("Customer," "you," or "your").

By booking, approving, authorizing, or allowing PRYORITY LLC to perform services on a vehicle, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Agreement.

1. AUTHORIZATION OF SERVICES

By scheduling or approving a detailing appointment, the Customer authorizes PRYORITY LLC to perform the services selected during the booking process.

The Customer acknowledges that detailing services involve the use of water, cleaning chemicals, brushes, steam, extraction equipment, pressure washers, machines, towels, and other professional detailing equipment.

The Customer represents that they have the authority to authorize services on the vehicle.

2. PRICING

All advertised prices are starting/base prices unless otherwise stated.

Final pricing may vary depending on:

  • Vehicle size

  • Vehicle condition

  • Amount of dirt and contamination

  • Pet hair

3. VEHICLE CONDITION

The Customer understands that detailing is a cleaning and appearance-maintenance service and does not guarantee that a vehicle will be restored to like-new condition.

Results depend substantially on the vehicle's existing condition and the type, age, severity, and permanence of contamination or damage.

PRYORITY LLC reserves the right to recommend additional services when the vehicle requires work beyond the scope of the originally selected service.

4. PRE-EXISTING DAMAGE AND WEAR

The Customer acknowledges that vehicles may contain pre-existing damage, defects, deterioration, weakened materials, or previous repairs.

  • Door panels

  • Carpet

  • Fabric

  • Adhesives

The Customer will be informed of applicable additional charges before substantial additional work is performed whenever reasonably possible.

Customers are encouraged to remove all personal belongings from the vehicle before service.

PRYORITY LLC is not responsible for personal property left inside the vehicle.
